Save the Planet… UK population must fall to Half

Removing humanity; the governments high calling.

Removing humanity; the government's "high calling."

If there was ever any doubt that the “Green movement” is, at its heart, anti-human, let all doubts be dispelled. It is an ideological construct that, in the name of ‘loving nature’ imposes a rigorous disdain and disregard for human life.  It seeks to use the heavy hand of government to control individual human lives. And this heavy hand is not averse to taking lives.

In Britain the drums are beating ever louder.

Read the Front Page article from the London Times.

Premised on the disproved Malthusian theory of ‘population as a problem’ (and remember “population” is a mass noun – it is a word that actually means “people,” individual people, only we are not to think them as individuals.)

“Population control” is people control. And who will control these people? A big and benevolent state.  That pressure is very much upon us and is very real. The State – the government – is paying to kill excess people -the medically vulnerable – in Oregon, the Netherlands, Belgium, and now Washington State and Luxembourg. In California and several other states the state gov’t is routinely paying for the killing of human babies. This killing is supposed to be a ‘good thing.’ The gov’t sponsored, medical killing of the young or the dependent is what is now making us a ‘caring culture.’  The “population” is better off with those individuals removed. And if we believe the Earth-first, Green folks, this reduction in the human population is also essential to save the planet.

Today, the Obama administration is pushing for the U.N., the ‘world pseudo-government,’ to implement abortion as population control throughout the world.

But for those of you who think Mr. Obama is winsome and intelligent; I’m sure he thinks of you, as a group, very fondly. And as a benevolent authority figure, even as he moves to remove individuals from within the population, it might be said that it’s from well-intended motives … that he thinks of you as a big brother might … and, ‘he loves you.’

UK population must fall to 30m, says Porritt – Times Online .

Obama: Fighting Irish?

Bishop John D’Arcy of Ft. Wayne, IN, whose diocese includes the august institution Notre Dame University, was just informed the President has been invited to be honored there. Read his comments below:
Concerning President Barack Obama speaking at Notre Dame
graduation, receiving honorary law degree

March 24, 2009

On Friday, March 21, Father John Jenkins, CSC, phoned to inform me that President Obama had accepted his invitation to speak to the graduating class at Notre Dame and receive an honorary degree. We spoke shortly before the announcement was made public at the White House press briefing. It was the first time that I had been informed that Notre Dame had issued this invitation.

President Obama has recently reaffirmed, and has now placed in public policy, his long-stated unwillingness to hold human life as sacred. While claiming to separate politics from science, he has in fact separated science from ethics and has brought the American government, for the first time in history, into supporting direct destruction of innocent human life.

This will be the 25th Notre Dame graduation during my time as bishop. After much prayer, I have decided not to attend the graduation. I wish no disrespect to our president, I pray for him and wish him well. I have always revered the Office of the Presidency. But a bishop must teach the Catholic faith “in season and out of season,” and he teaches not only by his words — but by his actions.

My decision is not an attack on anyone, but is in defense of the truth about human life.

I have in mind also the statement of the U.S. Catholic Bishops in 2004. “The Catholic community and Catholic institutions should not honor those who act in defiance of our fundamental moral principles. They should not be given awards, honors or platforms which would suggest support for their actions.” Indeed, the measure of any Catholic institution is not only what it stands for, but also what it will not stand for.

I have spoken with Professor Mary Ann Glendon, who is to receive the Laetare Medal. I have known her for many years and hold her in high esteem. We are both teachers, but in different ways. I have encouraged her to accept this award and take the opportunity such an award gives her to teach.

Even as I continue to ponder in prayer these events, which many have found shocking, so must Notre Dame. Indeed, as a Catholic University, Notre Dame must ask itself, if by this decision it has chosen prestige over truth.

Tomorrow, we celebrate as Catholics the moment when our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, became a child in the womb of his most holy mother. Let us ask Our Lady to intercede for the university named in her honor, that it may recommit itself to the primacy of truth over prestige.

Final Exit/Final Solution

There is a myth that talking about suicide; promoting suicide. instructing people in suicide; offering the “resources” for suicide; giving exacting details on exactly how to both commit the act or to “assist” in the act and then leave no evidence that you “assisted” in the intentional killing; there is a myth that this is a noble and compassionate thing.

There is a myth that this doesn’t influence those you are ‘counseling.’ (Then why do it?)

Psychologists know that expressing suicidal thoughts is really a cry for emotional help and involvement. But, there is a myth that “assisting a suicide” shows you truly care.

The Final Exit Network is in sales. The Final Exit Network specializes in the message, in the methods,  in the making of suicide . Their target? The emotionally vulnerable. The medically dependent. Those who have been told they may have a terminal condition. Many others without terminal conditions but perhaps debilitating circumstances.  And business has been good. Until the Atlanta police said self-killing (and its ‘assistance’)is not something they want sold in their town.  You have a chance to speak out on this:

Go to Fox Network and vote. If you think medically dependent, depressed people should be counseled, comforted, and treated,  instead of killed -   Vote “YES,”  “Assisted suicide is unethical.”  To access the poll on the Fox web site the column on the left has three tabs to choose from: Video, Photo, and Poll. Click on the “Poll” tab.

The Low Countries

The three “Low Countries,” Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, are sometimes remembered as the first targets of the Nazi push West in 1940. But today a new low was reached.  March 17, 2009 marks the legalization of euthanasia in Luxembourg, and with that these become the only three European countries to “officially” adopt an essential tenet of utilitarian and Nazi thinking: “There are certain human lives that are not worthy of being lived.” See more here

LUXEMBOURG (AFP) — March 17, 2009

Luxembourg became on Tuesday the third European country to legalise euthanasia after the Netherlands and Belgium, as a new law went into force.

A law published in the official register said that doctors who carry out euthanasia and assisted suicides would not face “penal sanctions” or civil suits for damages and interest.

The law was the source of great controversy in the tiny country where the head of state, deeply catholic Grand Duke Henri, refused to sign off on the bill, triggering a constitutional crisis.

To get around his refusal and avoid such problems in the future, Luxembourg’s parliament voted for legislation to give the monarch a purely ceremonial role.

Apart from Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Belgium have been the only EU countries to allow euthanasia since legalising it in 2002 under strict conditions.

Forced Choice

“Hobson’s choice” is an old slang term for not really giving someone a choice at all. When this administration says it’s “pro-choice,” nothing could be further from the truth. Read more here:

Doesn’t Pay For Abortions, Not That There Is Anything Wrong With That!

Today, the Orange County Board of Supervisors will debate cutting off fund to Planned Parenthood. Supervisor John Moorlach was alerted by a citizen to the over $300,000 funding. All documents from the countynever use the word “Planned Parenthood”.

When these stories arise like this, the Planned Parenthood spokesperson always claims that the money they receive doesn’t fund abortion. Like, suddenly they see how that could be a problem for folks.

The reality is money that comes in any form pays for the overhead of the abortion industry. It’s like a big corporation with different divisions, they all pay for the infrastructure. You know it, John Moorlach knows it and Planned Parenthood knows it. But one is lying about it.

Killing Sensibility

Those who are committed to killing as a virtue will justify it on the most absurd grounds. The recent “tourist suicide” of a British couple in Switzerland prompted death promoter Phyllis Wooton of Dignity in Dying to come up with a real doozy. “If only it were legal here, they might still be alive”

Abortion Racism Again Documented

Walter Hoye, tireless defender of life, has again brought into the light what many in the pro-life community have known, but what the media and Culture of Death routinely hush and hide: (1) abortion is in and of itself a dangerous procedure for both mother and child and (2) it is Black mothers and their children who are most often targeted. It is excellent, well documented reading.

Issues4Life Foundation – No Safe Abortions!

Union City, CA (ISSUES4LIFE FOUNDATION) Tuesday, March 3rd, 2009 – Just as choice without consequences does not exist and is merely a figment of our imagination; safe abortions are also imaginary, existing only in the minds of those either profiting from abortion or those desperately seeking justification for Prenatal Murder. In reality safe abortions do not exist.

IMPORTANT BACKGROUND: The Institute of Medicine, in 2006 and 2007, confirmed “prior first trimester induced abortion” is an “immutable medical risk factor associated with pre-term birth.” [1]

According to a study in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons, Volume 13 Number 4, Winter 2008, entitled “Does Induced Abortion Account for Racial Disparity in Preterm Births, and Violate the Nuremberg Code?” Black American women have three (3) times the risk of suffering an early preterm birth (EPB, birth under 32 weeks) and four (4) times the risk of an extremely preterm birth (XPB, birth under 28 weeks). Sen. Aanastad on Abortion “NewSpeak”

Abortion and Orwell

by Senator Sam Aanestad

“War Is Peace.” “Freedom is Slavery.” “Ignorance is Strength.”

These slogans are spoken in Newspeak, the fictional language of George Orwell’s twisted utopia in 1984. By removing meaning from words and increasing state control over speech — and thought — Newspeak is designed to manipulate those who hear it.

In California, Newspeak is now spoken fluently by those who seek to advance a political agenda in healthcare by avoiding scrutiny.

Under the guise of “access to primary care,” the Regents of the University of California have been conducting an experiment on women in Concord, Los Angeles and San Diego.

Exploiting a pilot project program enacted in 1973 to address a gerontology workforce shortage, Healthcare Workforce Pilot Project (HWPP) #171 allows women seeking medical care to become subjects of social research.

The purpose of this experiment? “ Demonstrate the role of advanced practice clinicians in expanding early pregnancy care.”

That’s Orwellian for “training non-physicians to perform first trimester abortions.”

In the pilot project, approved in 2006 without legislative oversight, Planned Parenthood sites in three California cities suspended state regulations to use Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to perform surgical abortions by suction aspiration.

The performance of this procedure by these personnel is prohibited by the Business and Professions Code of the state, the Board of Registered Nursing and the Medical Board of California. HWPP #171 avoids this practice ban in their application to the program by asserting that “the access to early abortion services is an important public health goal.”

It is interesting, in the language of distortion, to note the population that is the focus of this public service. Though reporting that abortion rates have risen among poor and low-income women, the program sponsor at the University of California admits that the goal of the pilot project is to expand abortion practice and access, “particularly in underserved areas.”

The project director, an attorney, apparently believes that the underserved populations of California — overwhelmingly Latino and African-American — would benefit from even higher rates of abortion: “It will create providers in underserved areas that need them the most…and integrate abortion services into previously existing health care networks.”

At least this doublespeak is consistent with the stated goals of Planned Parenthood’s founder, Margaret Sanger: “Birth control must lead ultimately to a cleaner race.” (Woman, Morality, and Birth Control, New York Publishing Company, 1922.)

“The undeniably feebleminded should indeed, not only be discouraged but prevented from propagating their kind,” she wrote in 1921, the year she founded the organization that became Planned Parenthood.

The sponsor of the “surgical abortion by non-physicians” project, University of California, San Francisco’s Bixby Center for Reproductive Health, must have missed the Newspeak memo about renaming abortion “early pregnancy care.” They fund research called “The Early Abortion Project.”

It’s more difficult to convert numbers into Newspeak, as evidenced by the pilot project applications report of the projected three-year cost of the program: $1.3 million. Funding is provided by UC San Francisco, Kaiser Permanente of Northern California, Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California, The David and Lucille Packard Foundation, The John Merck Fund and The Educational Foundation of America.

The taxpayers of California also foot the bill through the grant approval process and oversight provided by the state’s Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development. Professional license fees paid by doctors and nurses to the Board of Registered Nursing, the Medical Board of California and the American College of OB/Gyns also fund project review and site visits.

And the ultimate goal of the project couldn’t be clearer: “Disseminate our abortion training and utilization model to other faculties and states interested in expanding the pool of primary care abortion providers.”

Syme, the loyal Ministry of Truth word replacement specialist in 1984, would have been happy to visit our state in 2009: “It’s a beautiful thing, the destruction of words.”

But not so beautiful when the Legislature is deceived by doublespeak, and minority populations are targeted for social engineering. Does anyone care?
