The medical experimentation lobby is misrepresenting cloning by creating an artificial distinction. They imply there are two types of cloning, "therapeutic" and "reproductive." But these two processes are exactly the same. The only distinction is they want to use the parts of the newly created, growing human, before they come to term, thus killing that growing human life. 

And yet while they promise that under "therapeutic" cloning none of these new human lives will be allowed to be born, there are others who are committed to making sure that happens. Because of the supposed "right to reproductive freedom" outlined under Roe, it will be impossible to prohibit a clone from being born, or to somehow force a woman to abort a cloned child.

Ironically, all of the supposed benefits offered by using the embryonic stem cells these experimenters seek, are not medically proven, and are actually being found through ethical and effective use of cord-blood and adult stem cells.
